Since we were going out of town in a couple of weeks and we live on the East coast, I panicked, thinking there was no way a repair could be completed in time. I was able to speak directly with Barbara Stein, the Sales Manager, and she sent us a 2nd Day Air shipping label within the hour. The earrings got to California on New Years Eve, and were repaired and shipped back to us the following Tuesday, a week before we absolutely needed them back.
